I believe that changes to your diet are the same way... it takes a while for them to show up. That's why that first week after a cut feels so amazing... body looks great and body feels great from all the food. You're also probably getting a mental boost from the extra food and recovery time. The way I calculated the macros it worked out to: protein 80, carbs 149, fat 47, calories 1339 This includes the bread crumbs in the meatballs and the grated parmesan cheese on top.
