There wont be a scientific weight because there isn't a target weight. Weightclass athlete= weight they have to weigh is the target weight For anyone else there really shouldn't be a target weight, you gain or lose weight until your happy with how you look or strength/ weight ratio or overall strength or whatever your goal is.

Your lower chest is definitely on point how-ever, i have quite a long body so struggle to grow the lower part of my pectorials. The only issue i have is i used to be anorexic, and my body type it's very hard to get width in my arms, so from the front they dont look as big as they do from the sides, quite irritating really. Coming up on my first Comp yffuls 5 3 yearskickinchicken (8347): I'd say 6-8% BF is good for physique. I'd find an experienced trainer to help focus a lot on posing, even just for physique. Because 2 months out is too close to bring up lagging parts and posing technique is going to be your best bet at this point to make certain parts look bigger/proportional. Where's the wheel pics? Not sure how much it matter if you're wearing swim trunks. Guess nice calfs would be a factor.

Aim for 1lb/week and u'll have time to spare. Also u may want to slightly reduce the volume in the gym workouts.. i did this and it helped keeping looking fuller while cutting.
