Peak week on keto? anteis99 20 4 yearsanteis99 (37): @4real last Friday I had 425g's of carbs which included brown rice oatmeal, sweet potato, and banana's spread out throught 5 meals and in my 6th meal I had 8 chicken wings and about 2 cups of curly fries which I didn't count the macros.i must of had give or take over 500g's on my refeed day. Does that sound resonable or should I try to have more and fill out more?
