I'd recommend bulking up though, you're lean enough. I'd follow a program and stick to that and your legs will become more developed. I only have them on when I squat. I take them off for the rest of my workout and wash them after every 1 or 2 uses. I hear people say theirs have worn out but mine are mint, so I'm assuming this helps.

I don't remember exactly, but @eknight proved this to be the case, backed by peer-reviewed scientific studies. Your posterior chain will develop just fine without going "ass to grass".

I was thinking if I did a refeed my match starts at around 3.30 and ends around 5. So I thought I might eat all my food before 4 on my chest/refeed day then do a 24hour fast after. John Romaniello does a feast fast thing where he does a full cheat day followed by a full fast the next day so u could do that.

I did a heavier day on Monday, and then came back and hit a much higher rep range (and some occlusion training) on Thursdays. It took about 3 months to finally recover.You just have to stay really positive and chuck your ipod in, And just do everything you can for the injury to heal faster. You'll be back in the gym before you know it! ( i got really good at squats during the 3 months now their one of my favorite exercises haha!)

For hams stiff leg dears and leg curls and for quads leg extensions, deadlifts and heavy ass squats. That's what I do. And of course calf raises for calves. Other people will give you much better advise than me though I'm sure. Not sure about the test levels. It makes you feel stronger though haha. Atleast for me.
