Unsymmetrical muscles, HELP! AffeGund 8 4 yearsframe (55): I had exactly the same problem. I found out myself that I wasn't squeezing my shoulder blades together and this was causing uneven pecs. Always squeeze your shoulder blades together and keep them together through the whole motion. Try to feel the motion when your chest does most of the movement.

Bad chest? RageBoy 7 5 yearsalexmuller (5452): TO be honest that isnt that low, especially if you are prone to storing fat on your chest. We all store fat differently, and if yours happens to be your chest then 10% wont be enough, get to about 8% then you will get a much better shape. Good luck

Do 1 exercise for chest and 1 for front delt, 3-4 sets no higher than 8 reps but then have 2-3 exercises for bis and tris. With tris try and get the 3 movements hitting the different heads but start with an extension type as long head has most potential for growth. Bis just do whatever.
