Post Session Recovery MCarey 7 5 yearscatstrat (4): Make sure the stretching isnt too rigourous bro, you dont want to further damage the muscles (weight lifting is 'good damage'). Like Massthetics said, cold water is best now. It will stop any internal bruising and reduce inflammation which will reduce the pain. In a couple of days have a good slow warm up and stretch and youll be fine.

High doses or constant doses of insulin can decrease the cell's sensitivity to GH. However, having said all of that, insulin is more anabolic than GH and pwo, many people want to replenish glycogen stores. Plus, carbs provide a pathway for aminos to the muscles.
