Your Approach to ending a cut... Jreay4 6 2 monthsjamiee321 (4): I go by how I'm feeling. If my body is feeling destroyed from training, i'll slowly cut down the duration/sets of my workouts. I usually find that by simply increasing food, I recover better from training and don't need to deload. If you are wanting to transition out of a cut, gradually increase carbs and fat to maintenance (say 100 cals every week or 2). Good luck!
Need some advice on BW exercises and diet daniel85 3 11 monthsEagleRare10 (838): I agree with @SOLARSUPLEX. Honestly, setting aside your recent weight gain, if you were only able to do 2-3 pullups or dips before that, then you probably have a lot of room to get stronger in those movements without necessarily putting on any more size. Do you have any access to an assisted pull-up/dip station (has a little pad that you kneel on that is counterweighted, so you aren't lifting your full body weight)? Or bands? If you can't do...
Forearm training Armwrestler44 9 1 yearSOLARSUPLEX (8314): I'm a strong advocate of farmer walks. Go to your gym when there is nobody there. Take the 4 heaviest sets and carry them across the gym. Then carry them back. Then back again. While putting them down and picking them back up. Not just a constant grip. That shit will make them grow.

What are your ways to vary your training A_em 7 2 yearsA_em (2341): Yesss, I've noticed, of course, that since I've focused on strength and endurance I've had the best results. Exactly! That's why I asked to get to know some more ways that I haven't heard of. Thanks guys for sharing your ideas! I really like them.
Critique My First P/P/L Program BlueManBen 10 2 yearsRawsteel (940): That's right, and for the main sets (3x5/3x6-8) i recommend that you use a weight that allows you to hit the reps in the first 2 sets with the same weight, up it when you can hit 5/8 in all 3 sets or when you can do 5, 5, 6 and 8, 8, 9. How many percent you need to lower the weight in the pause set will requie some experimentation, for me -20% in the bench allows me to complete 8 pause reps with about 2 reps left in the tank, and when i could...
Balanced Body - Article lordcenturion 1 2 yearslordcenturion (1): I've gathered the information that has helped me build a bit of strength, power, muscle mass and endurance. The only reason I have become obsessed with building muscle is because I was really skinny. I had to do something. I struggled for a few years, tried many things but I finally uncovered what works for me. I found out the hard way, through injuries, how it is important to work every muscle group with the same dedication and...
Warm up using 'explosive' exercises? qtdreams92 22 2 yearsBucky (3871): @WinnersNeverQuit or I like meadows approach to a warm up. pick an exercise and do it low weight and high volume for a good pump and then move on to your lifts for the day.
