| hahahaha I love the responses. @Ttime - I like it. I'm almost done phase 3 right now. I just started working out 5 months ago, did a couple months of some basic 3x10 then switched to this. It helped me learn and perfect my form on the important exercises like deadlifts, squats, pull-ups and dips. |
