| Hey guys, I am 22 years old and fitness is my life, diet/nutrition and training along with my girlfriend who goes hard as fuck in the gym too. I work at the YMCA as a personal trainer and we are getting a brand new facility next year which will be the biggest in eastern Canada. I want to go into that place with the best shredded aesthetic physique in my hometown. I want to do a 6 week pic/vid log with diets in this forum because i'm not a fan of bb.com forums really.. you are all informative and could give me great feed back when it comes to alot of things, I am very dedicated to the iron game and know my shit.. but you can always learn from your fellow lifter. i am 5'10 188lbs at 12-13% bodyfat, my goal is 180lbs at 8% bf. some current stats benchpress; 305x2 320x1 deadlift; 485x1 squat; 300x5 arms; 17.5" chest; 50" waist; 34.5" legs; 24" i have been lifting off and on for 7 years, injuries/hockey/boxing etc took a toll of my hands and shoulders and had to take time off many times until i was about 20. I am all natural, no steroids or pro-hormones. I dirty bulked twice in the past 13 months December 2010-May2011 July2011-Nov30/2011 .. went from 170lbs to 200lbs, 200lbs to 188lbs and then 188lbs to 208lbs back to 188lbs now LOL... | christf - nope, i havnt been lower then a 12% in years.. also i have never really did cardio before either, now I am doing cardio 2-3x per week, with 2-3 strength training days and 2 endurance days . i am going to finalize my program and get my before pics up here today. |

| ps , cutting now.. i m down to 187lbs , going for 175lbs. i have to get physio on my leg (broke it skateboarding years ago, tore the ACL and broke under my knee cap) thats why everytime i get serious into squats/ deads.. it takes me a month to recover. if u need any help with your bulk/routine luka, let me know |

| So basically guys.. the 6 week program is going to be unconventional lifting, i`ve always followed bodybuilding splits and full body workouts but I have never worked alot of core, or tried using the bosu balls, medicine balls and balance half balls. the workout is going to be upper body endurance and core lower body endurance and core arms will have theyre own day aswell isolation day (just random days where I can fully isolate a muscle) today s workout went ; one arm dumbbell press on stability ball 50lb db x 3 sets of 15-20 reps each arm weighted pull ups +30lbs x 3 sets of 12 reps front raise to side raise on half SB ball 20lb dumbbells x 3 sets of 12-15 reps tricep dip superset with SB pushups with ab roll ups 3 sets x 15 reps for tricep dip 3 sets x 12-15 reps for sb pushups ab roll ups bodyweight benchpress for reps 190lbs x 3 sets 25 reps, 15 reps, 15 reps. total 55 reps dumbbell clean and press on half sb ball 35lb dumbbells x 3 sets. 12-15 reps ab roller, plank and bicycle crunches to finish for abs 10 min incline walk on treadmill 5 min stretches |

| i took before pics and will post them tomorrow or this weekend.. i`m going to update daily. my body responds to high volume, infrequent workouts, and rest. my routines are all made by myself and i have a total different style of lifting then most. For Nutrition ΒΈ 40g protein shake with skim milk upon waking 2 eng muffin with peanut butter and bowl of fruit 3 eggs with wholegrain oatmeal bread, glass of juice lunch and supper are lean meat proteins + veggies at night time, i try to just snack of peanut butter, veggies, fruits.. but i am bad for the munchies knowm saying other then that, i eat pretty clean.. i am not 100% strict on my diet right now.. but will be leading up to the summer time. ANY QUESTIONS LET ME KNOW BRAH. |

| Looking good, gained a lot of size for a natty. I was about the same size when I was fifteen and have been clean bulking since, but I want to put on some real size now, what's your dirty bulk diet look like? Oh and good to see another Canadian in the threads eh. | ||

| this is what i ate atleast 3 days out of a the week 1/4lb maple bacon, 3-4 whole fried eggs, 2 pieces of toast, juice 2 cups of white pasta with tomato sauce protein shake with 60g protein hamburgers with lettuce an white bun all junk food at night, cookies/ pop whatever really.. i still ate lots of fruit, but just bad food really, used to eat alot of fast food too my diet now im trying to limit pepsi, no fast food and less sugars. |
