awesome job girl!!! i had a similar transformation a few years back..i was 147 @ 5'7 and then got down to 129. Weight lifting DEFF helps, keep it up!! A few of my friends played rugby (some of them girls) and its deff fun (but brutal hah!)

thank you!! its a lot of hard work isn't is! lol i've learned that but i love doing it, something i enjoy doing and i love going to the gym everyday! my goal weight is 125. i'd LOVE to be 125 or atleast see what it would make me look like if i don't like it, alwayyys can go back up to 130 :P but rugby is honestly the best sport for me, i've played last summer at eastern canadians and got sliver, super close game but i'm even more exited to play this summer because i just started working out everyday/gym everyday in sept so this summer im super excited to play because im in super good shape, more in shape than i was playing, i can do cardio forever and i lift weights which will increase my strenght too. but thankk you!!

def keep it up and you will get to 125 easy. i hit 125 easy and i am taller than you, so once you build more muscle you will probably get there in no time. thats the best thing bout lifting..it makes ur metabolism super fast and u can eat more & burn more my boyfriend played rugby for a few years and lifting helped him alot in the sport. its a sport many dont play, but its something different which makes it cool! especially if ur winning at it

Do you have any idea what insulin is? LOL at the idea that someone can get contest-ready eating junk food and basing their diet ONLY on macros. This is absurd. It may work for Johnny-CouchPotato who is not thinking of dieting for an event or trying to get into a super-lean classification, but for her, this is just awful advice. You do realize that insulin drastically inhibits lipolysis, right? -EK

Who said anything about meal timing? Do we have a reading comprehension problem? I AGREE meal timing is irrelevant. I've posted it numerous times and don't need you to parrot it. Insulin has a direct effect on fat loss. Btw, posting your pics may impress other people here, but not me. After you have done a few NPC shows and gotten your butt handed to you because you were eating donuts and chips, we can talk. Until then, you need to research endocrine function.
