Bananas,Whey protein, Crumpets and cereal18825

In terms of a snack which is the one that's less processed? I want to have something fairly micronutrient dense. So a banana with whey protein and a crumpet? Or just a banana and whey protein? I've got 470 cals left and about 90 to 92 grams of carbs, 8 grams of fat and 24 protein grams of protein. I know is that one banana that I have has micronutrients.

I've also got peanut butter but macros are just mainly carbs and protein.

Bananas! Crumpets and cereal are highly processed foods. Would go for the banana if your decision is based off which is the least processed.
