Football workouts and training18860

I am 15 and trying to gain some muscle and I am skinny fattish. My football workouts differ each session with cardio containing sprints at the end. For example,Monday we will do Squats 4×10,RDL 3×10, Cleans 3×3. I want to run the Fierce Five program. Should i just stick to the football workouts or would i benefit from also training. What should my surplus be also if i were to train at the gym later that day.

Train for football since that is your sport.

You need speed and power, which will bring size.

Box jumps and explosive squats are a few to name.
