|I am 15 and trying to gain some muscle and I am skinny fattish. My football workouts differ each session with cardio containing sprints at the end. For example,Monday we will do Squats 4×10,RDL 3×10, Cleans 3×3. I want to run the Fierce Five program. Should i just stick to the football workouts or would i benefit from also training. What should my surplus be also if i were to train at the gym later that day.|

You need speed and power, which will bring size.
Box jumps and explosive squats are a few to name.
