I've been cutting for a good 10 months now and I'm sick of it. I don't want to bulk, so would it be ok to eat at maintenance? Pros? Cons? Thanks

Aim for maintenance minus 10%, due to possible metabolic adaptations. This is recommended by Lyle McDonald. Monitor your weight at these calories to see what happens. Adjust accordingly.

Nothing wrong with maintenance. You'll probably make some gains too.

Damn cutting for ten months that's crazy you probably need a break to let your body reset...

@Dorich @wannabemuscular @Yeags thanks for the replies, I appreciate it. What if I were to eat at maintenance for about a year, would I make small gains? Is eating at maintenance for that long a bad idea? Cheers!

@Takeiteasy You may make some gains at first just due to the fact that you've been in a deficit for so long. After a while you may need to re-evaluate and possible creep up slowly on the calories. Don't forget as you make gains your requirements go up.
