May have injured lower left side of my back/hip can't squat, deadlift, row, without feeling sharp pain. my appointment to see therapist is next week. what can I do in the meanwhile to train legs optimally.

i agree with @eknight. You are not really going to make any progress if you are not able to perform at an proficient form and function.

You've stated that you've pulled 605 easily before. There's no way you haven't taken a week off ever. You know one week of not lifting isn't going to have any detrimental effects towards your lifts.

And either way common sense says to wait until the sharp pain subsides. At the very least wait until your appointment. It's not like the sharp pain is going to magically disappear if you keep doing the same movements that cause the pain.
