Pulled hamstring18865

I think I pulled my hamstring during football workouts while we were doing cleans. Cant squat or do any RDL's without pain.I can still walk, but it hurts to sit sometimes and hard to go up stairs. Im also on the Fierce Five program and should I continue it without the squats and RDL?

I'd take some time off and do some healing a week won't hurt you or just do stuff that doesn't put a strain on your hammy...

@RyanMorgans There's no harm in staying away from certain moves for awhile. Listen to your body and allow as long as necessary for proper recovery/healing.
