He seams to start off a little high, should drop his butt a bit lower. Once the pull starts it goes to hell and a handbasket.
Butt goes up first, legs almost completely straighten, back lowers then arches before it starts to lift to a vertical position, and his shoulders slump forward as the lift begins.
Oh, and falling on your face is always bad form.
