Cutting

First fat loss stall18926

12 weeks into my cut now and i have stalled for 3 weeks now, been cutting at 2200 calories, 190g protein, 225g and 60g fat and done 2 liss session a week with 350 calories, you guys think dropping 150 calories and add a hit session would kick start my fat loss again? 2050 caloris, 190 protein, 200 carbs and 55g fat?

I would do one or the other and see what happens. I would rather do another cardio session than drop food. If you do both you might end up losing more muscle. When cutting you want to try to avoid losing as much muscle as possible so keeping food is best, but others might have other opinions.

Height and weight?

Have you tried re-feeds? They can often do the trick.
