Your back day on a bro split.18939

If you dedicated an entire session to back and had a bodybuilding focus. What would your back day look like?

What about a strength focus?

What I would do is, my first few exercises would be in the lower rep ranges, then use higher reps for the rest. This being if I only had one back day, but if not, I would split the rep work up, lower reps one day, then higher rep ranges the other.

As for exercises, the bent over barbell row and T-bar row are a staple for me.

I would probably go with:

wide grip pullups
narrow grip cable pull downs with supinated grip
some type of slightly bent over machine row
face pulls or reverse machine fly

For strength, I usually concentrate on bent over rows, dead stop on the ground and pause at the top as heavy as I can.

Oh and probably 3 bicep exercises too, because if it's a bro split it's obviously back and bi day. I'll do the other 3 bicep exercises on arm day.
