|What I would do is, my first few exercises would be in the lower rep ranges, then use higher reps for the rest. This being if I only had one back day, but if not, I would split the rep work up, lower reps one day, then higher rep ranges the other.
As for exercises, the bent over barbell row and T-bar row are a staple for me.

|I would probably go with:
wide grip pullups
narrow grip cable pull downs with supinated grip
some type of slightly bent over machine row
face pulls or reverse machine fly
For strength, I usually concentrate on bent over rows, dead stop on the ground and pause at the top as heavy as I can.
