Hello guys I need your advice am 180cm/5,9ft for 75kg/165lbs do you think that i should keep cuting or bulking right now ?
Actually eating at 1700kcal on deficit not much active and lifting 3x week full body ...
Should i get around 10 12% body fat for clean bulk ?

Honestly, just do what you want to do. It's your body, so if you want to lean out a bit, continue cutting. If you really want to focus on building some size, increase your cals and just accept that you might gain some unwanted body fat.

Workout more frequently and separate your workout so you aren't doing full body every time you lift.
