Cut somemore? Advise please19096

Hi everyone!

I am back here after a Injuiry last year. Been cutting for 3 months now.

I am cutting at the moment and wondering if I should continue or go for the muscle gain

Male
5'4"
Started weight 148 lbs
Current weight 131-133lbs
Initial plan cut down to 7-8% and go for a pre wedding photo shoot( fiancée wanted to take a fitness couple shoot) in September and build muscle for the next year but now I am one month away I feel I lack the muscle to take the shoot, lower belly and love handles not giving me the confidence for half naked shot as well

Starting cut calories :2000
Current cut calories: 1500 (3 months later)
Macros : 50c/30p/20f
Start Bf calipered at 16%
Current BF calipered at 10.3%
Calipered by same gym instructor at a local gym. I understand Caliper might not be accurate so I might not be 10%bf the moment

Cardio at the moment 0

I have plateau for the past 3 weeks(no weight drop) so wondering if I should add in cardio to try and cut further? Or change gear to muscle building.


Can anyone share their opinion what they might do if in my shoe? Attach is before and current picture.

You don't have much to reveal if you cut. I'd eat the house and train heavy. Time to put on some size. -3X

Can I assume that 0.5pounds gain a week is a good rate or can I go slightly higher(faster) at my size?

0.5 lb/week will minimize fat gain, but ultimately, I'd let the mirror be your guide. -3X
