Research has been done that shows these are all highly effective methods of achieving the best results.

A lot of it is common knowledge, yes.

Just because I didn't explain it scientifically in no way means that the methods weren't discovered by science.

But, I can change the terminology if it offends you?

Actual scientific research indicates that cutting carbs or manipulation of macronutrient ratios in general has no effect on fat loss. None. Zero. Not one bit. So that makes points 6, 8, 11, and 12 inaccurate. Research also shows that meal timing has no effect on fat loss and the hormonal fluctuations from IF are too transient to make long-term differences in fat loss. So there's point 18 gone. Green tea and apple cider vinegar do have some research behind them, but the results are what Examine.com considers "minor and unreliable." So there's two more.

Really if you're going to make a claim that something is backed by science, I feel like... I don't know... maybe it actually should be? -3X

I won't argue with you, that's not why I posted this.

You clearly know what you're talking about. I commend you on that.

I did some simple research for the purpose of this post. Different posts on different sites showed these as accurate.

I apologize for the great deal of turmoil this has caused you.

Have a nice day.

Hasn't caused any turmoil, but no one here is foolish enough to fall for this. This board is educated. You created an account today for the sole purpose of spamming your website. That's why I called you out. -3X
