I train so far 1 year, gained so far 11 kilos which is 22 pounds more or less At the beginning when i was still in school i tried to eat frequently i had about 4-5 meals per day, and it worked great. Now im making a gap year before i go to university which means i have plenty of time to eat. Again i sticked to 4-5 meals a day, but because of waking up to late ( i sleep from 2 AM - 11,12 AM ) means less time for eating, more stuffing it in. Since im making that gap year i have stomach problems, my stomach aches quite often and i have a lot more diarrhea. When i went to school i sticked to High GI Food like white pasta white rice etc. I havent had any problems at all. Now i rather switched to low GI carbs and have more problems the further more i increased my daily protein intake.

im 1 metre 70 , im 61 kilos now, 20 years old and ecto-morph, body fat percentage 7.4

When i went to school i was eating rather High Gi food, i didnt count my daily carb intake only my protein intake ( i had no idea i know.. xD )

Now i rather stick to low gi food, i count my carb intake, protein and calorie intake

300 gr carbs/ 120-140 gr. protein / calories 2400-2700

My question does it make a difference eating all these meals within such a short time?

Does it make a difference in my case if i stick to low GI, or maybe because of the fibres?

Or is it just something else that is wrong and i should go to the doctor? Well i anyway go, but i think id rather ask you guys with the knowledge

Why are you sticking to low GI foods? Do you understand how the glycemic index works? Are you diabetic? Have you been tested for gluten intolerance? -EK

Im not diabetic and im not gluten intolerant =) Both tested, thats why im aksin myself. Im not allergic to products that contain gluten in general, i mean white pasta does, but i only showed a reaction after low GI food like whole grain products. I know how the GI Index works.. well more or less. But at the end i dont think that makes such a big difference. What do you think?

That's why I asked- it makes such a miniscule difference it's what I would call inconsequential. Everything you need to know about the glycemic index can be summed up in the folowing two statements:
1. It was designed to be used by diabetics, but the American Diabetic Association doesn't use it because it's not a good tool. It's not a good tool because of things like...
2. It rates ice cream as a low GI food. Enough said. -EK

Mhhhh that makes sense, but the only thing i want is getting rid of having a stomach that aches the whole time plus not having diarrhea because of certain foods if thats the case

I would see your physician. No one here is qualified to diagnose you. -EK

heheh i just went to the doctor his conclusion was actually that i have a very sensitive stomach, and that if i eat stuff like whole grain products and a lot of vegis that that bloat the stomach like beans, could cause diarrhea in my case. So he said i should avoid whole grain pasta and beans and stuff. So i should stick again to white rice, white pasta and replace some of the green vegis with other vegis But all the same thanks for your help :P
