| im not cutting, not even close to beng big enough to cut. im asking because A. i dont want to loose the little muscle gains ive made B. i do wanna get rid of the little chub in my stomach. so im afraid if i cut back my diet i might set back my gains but im also afraid if i keep up the calories ill get more chub whilst not working out. |

| I took a rest week two weeks ago and kept the same diet. I didn't gain any weight, which shows my body really needed the rest and the nutrients. The little chub in your stomach isn't going to go away while your bulking. If you clean bulk, over time it will slowly go away. But while bulking that is just something your going to have to give up. i wouldn't recommend doing cardio while on a bulk either. On my rest week all i did was Abs M,W,F. |
