| Use to have this when dirty bulking. it was delicous. 1/2 cup ice cream. 2 Tbls of PB 1 scoop of Whey 2 raw eggs 1/2 cups of oats. Then any frozen drink concentrate. |

| 1 scoop choco whey tablespoon greek yogurt plain 2 tablespoons PB milk banana Teaspoon ground flax 1/2 oats BOOM. Half packet of sugarfree butterscotch pudding powder. 1 scoop vanilla whey 2 TBSP PB milk ice Tastes exactly like a frozen peanut brittle...so fuckin good |

| Best thing EVER for a dirty bulk/making up on some calories! 1 scoop of ice cream (some sort with chocolate chunks possibly?) 1 scoop of casein protein 2 scoops of whey protein 12 oz milk (preferably whole) 1 banana 2 heaping teaspoons of peanut butter 1 teaspoon of Nutela BOOM! WARNING: Drinking this may cause you to repeatedly FAP due to incredible taste. If you FAP for more than 3 hours after drinking, it is advised you consult a physician. Please drink responsibly. |
