| I drink once a month to once every two months, and when I do, I get hammered. I don't like the every weekend party scene, I care about my hard work I put in at the gym too much to let it go to waste in just the course of one night per weekend. I tend to drink so much I never want to drink again...until about a month later, Lol. | ||

| Dont really drink much anymore. Drinking water is after is the best idea though, and alot of it! Training the day after, is that not a bad idea, not only cos you feel like shit, but cos of the state your body is in?! |

| I get hammered two or three times a year and drink a beer or two every once in a while. I used to drink a ton in college but I stopped that because it made me useless for the next day. Chugging water and eating bread before bed helps a lot to make the hangover less sever. | ||

Nah i dont always drink that much but i don't want to give up the college lifestyle neither the fitness lifestyle so i do both to an extend |

| I drank my ass off in high school and college. I know a lot of people say this, but I mean I really drank my ass off. It was fun and I have great memories, the ones I can remember, but if I could do it over again, I would never have touched that shit. What a waste of my time that I could have been training or doing school work, or accomplishing something that would have bettered my life as it is right now. At the time I would never have seen it this way, but looking back it was a huge waste. |

| I used to basically do the exact same as MOE, except I'm still in college. I drank quite a bit in high school, and was destroyed 3-4 nights a week in my freshman year, and every weekend in Sopohomore year. Now I'm a Junior and basically realized I needed to get my shit turned around if I wanted to get into the grad schools I want. So now I rarely, if ever drink. It's alot more boring, but i'll trade a year of boringness for a school that'll have me set for life. I still go out when I can, but I just don't drink. Still fun and I don't complete waste the next day like I used to. |

| I don't drink because I love training. It just gets in the way too much, it has negative effects on your bodies performance and it's aesthetics. Also the fact that it fucks with eating on time and macro nutrients. If I drink I know my body isn't being fueled right for my training. Unlike alot of people here I don't train because I want my body to look a certain way or I want to be able to do X, Y or Z I train because I love training. I couldn't enjoy my training and be happy knowing that I haven't given it everything I can, that my body isn't in it's optimal state. I eat a certain way sleep a certain way all so I can train like I do to the max of my abilities. |
