| So i had my old personal trainer re-measure me last night. All measurements were at rest and not flexing. Stats: Dwatson Age: 20 Height: 5' 11.5" 8/20/11 Weight : 168lbs Shoulders : 49" Arms : 12.5" Waist : 32.5" Chest : 40" Thigh : 19.5" Calf : 14" Body Fat measurements(Calipers, mm): Chest : 4 Ab : 10 Thigh : 12 Body Fat : 6.7% 2/20/12 Weight : 183lbs (+ 15lbs) Shoulders : 50" (+ 1" ) Arms : 14" (15.5" flexed) Waist : 34.75" (+ 2.25" ) Chest : 40.5" (+ .5" ) Thigh : 21" (+ 1.5" ) Calf : 14" Body Fat measurements(Calipers, mm): Chest : 5 Ab : 15 Thigh : 12 Body Fat : 8.8% How is everyone's progress coming?? |

| That's strong. In six months you gained ~10 pounds of lean mass and only ~5 pounds of bf. That's nearly two pounds per month. Very nice. What was your diet like? I know quite a few people who have trouble going beyond a 1:1 ratio in lean mass:fat gain during a bulk. -EK | ||

| My diet took me awhile to finally dial down but thanks to MOE we were finally able to get something that worked great. See below: 6:45am Meal 1: Chocolate Milk 12oz 1/2 Quaker cup Oats 1 Packet Quaker 5oz Milk (oats) 9:00am Meal 2: Rice 1 cup Chicken 4oz Broccoli 11:15am Meal 3: Tuna PB 2 tbsp 1 cup oats 1 Bananna 8oz Milk 1:15pm Meal 4: Rice 1 cup Chicken 4oz Broccoli 8oz Milk 2:30 Pre-workout Meal 5: 1c Quaker cup Oats 5oz Milk (oats) Raspberries 3:00 Pre-workout shake: Cellucore C4 3:15 Intra-Workout: GylcoCharge 4:30 Post-workout Shake: Protein Shake GylcoCharge 5:45 Post-workout Meal 6: Rice 1 Cup Whole Grain Pasta Pasta Sauce 8oz Milk 7:30 Snack 1/ Meal 7: 2 Tbsp PB Protein Shake (Sometimes will repeat Meal 6) 9:30 Snack 2/ Meal 8: 1c Cottage Cheese 4oz Chocolate Milk End of day totals: Protein : 269g Carbs : 578g Fats : 101.5g Caloreis : 4413 Weight : 185lbs Protein per lb : 1.45g Carbs per lb : 3.12g Fats per lb : 0.55g Calories per lb : 23.85 |

![]() He's an Irish bodybuilder living in America, Richard Casey is his name as far as I'm aware he is the only Irish person to win Mr America (I think it's Mr America I am not too familiar with American comp names) He's originally from my home town and I got to train with him when he came over he's an awesome guy and super helpful. Gave me alot of fantastic advice and had I been more interested in the sport of bodybuilding I'm sure he could have taught me anything I needed to know. |
