| At the moment I eat 100g of normal beef mince a day but bored of the meal it is in so want to change it up. I don't take creatine so want to know how important red meat is. By the way, am a student on a budget so please don't suggest any type of steak. I can either get cheap mince or a different meat - what about coley? I hear fish has good amounts of creatine in it. |

| i see your uk man, i think steak is great good protein content 20g per 100g and it is naturally high in creatine i think its good to vary your protein sources as my meals consist of fish steak and chicken everyday. But seriously dude being a fellow UK brethrin hit up on iceland 600g of steak (100%beef) for just 4 quid also 700g of chicken breast for 5 quid (100%chicken) cant go wrong there man | ||

| Are you a fan of anemia? Red meat is your best source of iron, folic acid and B12, all necessary for red blood cell production. -EK | ||

| Also you shouldn't really get cheap mince, you get what you pay for. | ||

| ^i learned that the other day, was going to have a stirfry with cheap steak cooked and cut into it, ended up trying to eat it as a regular steak, i like my steak medium rare, but it was moreso rare than MR, it was toughest piece of meat ive ever tried to chew...call me uptight but im never touching really low grade steak again | ||

| @Dragonian At Uni and nowhere near an Iceland so really not possible, as good as it sounds. @IrishGymSheep When I said that I meant that mince is cheap in general, it is good quality but still cheap, like how rice is cheap - doesn't mean it is bad. |
