Damn... I keep eating so bad. I did great down 14lbs in a month and half. and now I find myself eating like shit without even thinking about it... It like I wake up half way through my meall... ahhh.... damn me..

I have been stressed from a lot of work though... quick someone call me a bitch and tell me to get back in the game!!!!!!!

Your seriously being a bitch, you control what you put in your mouth and you know full well you don't wake up half way through a meal. If you do something and only realise half way through it's time to book yourself into the Asylum.

Plan your shit bro. I never have a problem with my meals as long as I pre-cook them the night before.

7pm is like a production line in my kitchen! 1kg of chicken/1kg veggies/1kg of rice... Portion it out into meals until I run out, then it's time to cook again.
