- handful ALMONDS and some BROCCOLI

130pm - meal 3

- 100G GRILLED SALMON or tuna in WHOLEMEAL PASTA

430PM - meal 4

- 300g BOILED CHICKEN BREAST
- 2 Slices wheat bread
______________________________________…
(consume creatine 30min prior to workout)

- TRAIN

and after CONSUME WHEY PROTEIN

6PM ---meal 5

- 40g BROWN RICE
- FISH OIL CAPS
- STIR FRY LEAN BEEF 150g
- some veggies

______________________________________…

6.45pm ---meal 6

- UP TO 4 SCRAMBLED EGGS
- some fish, tuna salmon or mackaral

______________________________________…

10min before bed -- meal 7 (BEFORE BED)

- ONE CUP NON FAT COTTAGE CHEESE 10MIN BEFORE BED

did you use marcos?

everything is about calories in vs calories out...

how much protein / fat / carbs / lbs etc... you just need 500 calories defic.

^that but possibly start with a smaller figure than 500 deficit depending on your current weight and meaintenance calories

Also make scrambled egg with possibly one yolk only instead of 4 but as above its calories in vs out so doesnt matter too much if the yolk did fit your cutting macros
