| I weigh 85kg and stand at 183cm.. I do karate with ease, but i cant seem to loose any weight.. I cant afford to go to gym due to certain issues, but i am within the vicinity of a park.. are there any home work outs i could do at home for bulking and/or shredding.. diet tips would be appreciated alot!! | ||

| Im not sure why you want to loose weight. at 6' and 185lbs that really not bad. (Unless your body fat is high.) Get that calculated and post back. We can go from there. |

| Think about this for a second! If you need to lose weight...eat less calories, burn more calories, or do both. No equipment...wtf can you do??? body weight exercises!!, pullups, pushups, dips, crunches etc. Wheres your brain?...its in your skull!!! use it a little! now GTFO |
