| Ok so i took note of all the info you guys gave me and came up with my food plan for the day doing all the math of fats / carbs and protein and so on : this is what ive come up with : Calories : 2062 ~ so upped it a bit , total fat (g) 43 g total carbs (g) 197 Total protein (g) 241 meal plan : Breakfast: 6 egg whites 50 grams white quick oats 10 walnut halfes (5 full shelled wallnuts) Mid morning : boneless skinless chicken breast (200g ) 100 g carrots 200 g cabbage (red) omega 3 fish oil and vitamin d (seven seas pure cod liver oil) 2 small slices (26gram each) of wholemeal bread lunch: Chicken breast (200g) carrots 100g 200 g cabbage mid afternoon (post workout): 2 scoops protein shake and a banana blended together. dinner: salmon fillet (120g) 1 slice wholemeal bread (26g) 300 g green leaf lettuce before bed : 100 grams cottage cheese. Calorie breakdown : 37 % carbs 18 % fat 44 % protein CALORIES: 2062 and my intake should be around 2800+ what do you guys think? thanks! |

| Looks great, good job. Need slightly more calories though, at a deficit of ~700, bit too low. |

| ok ill try working on that .. its a bit hard comes out of instinct from me dunno why but im afraid to eat alot of calories :X do you know any good source of high calories? or should i just make my portions bigger? also thanks for the motivation thor! |

| would i be doing good at around 2200 calories? also im thinking of zig zagging meaning like having 2200 on one day then on the other 2000 then the other 2400 and so on so my body doesnt get used to a routine and keepign same carb/protein/fat percentage | ||
