Has anybody heard of it? It looks very intense.

This is the beginners workout #29. Based off 1RM

I would think this is more of a cutting routine, as oppose to bulking.

i dont see how routines should differentiate between what youre eating. if youre getting stronger with a routine, why change it when you drop your calories?

some you burn more calories making you eat more to bulk but idk that routine sounds nuts
