| Has anybody heard of it? It looks very intense. This is the beginners workout #29. Based off 1RM http://www.elitefts.com/documents/Sheiko29.htm I would think this is more of a cutting routine, as oppose to bulking. |

| i dont see how routines should differentiate between what youre eating. if youre getting stronger with a routine, why change it when you drop your calories? | ||
