|I got my best gains from using shake weights.
Most of the guys on here will tell you to hit it hard and heavy with BB/DB bench presses(they don't know what they're talking about though, buy a shake weight and profit.)

|Personally, I recommend trimming your workout.
My first question is can you bench press your own weight 10 times?
I assume the answer is no because you're asking the question. Here's what you do? Find a weight that you can handle on the bench press for three or four sets of five reps. Do that. The next workout add five pounds and do it again.
Also, add in the standing barbell press or military press. Do the same thing of three or four sets of five reps. The next workout add about five pounds.
Keep doing this until you surpass your weight.
Keep your workouts relatively simple and short. Youdon't want to work out too long because lifting weights will burn calories and you don't want to burn too many calories.
Also, eat a lot. Then eat some more.
Drink some milk.
Also, don't try to beef up your chest without beefing up your back.
One it will cause muscular imbalances. Two, your back muscles actually will help you with your bench press.

Barbell Bench Press
Incline/Flat Bench Flys
--> Go home and eat, eat, fuck, sleep, drink midnight protein, sleep
Upper chest will take hit when doing incline press and flys.
And don't focus on your chest! Workout your back and legs as well.
