Did something like this for chest and it worked, you gradually lose half the gains but the rest stays and you will gain inches much easier after that. Mine was six hours

This reminds me of the dude who owns my gym. Pretty sure he was in the olympia cause theres pics all over the walls of him and stuff. anyway before he lets you train with him you have to do 1000 bicep curls.

I did my best to take a pic by taping the measuring tape on to my arm and taking a pic. Shit was hard and I just woke up so hopefully it's good enough lol.
As you'll see one is right at 16 inches the other one's a bit above? so 16 inches it is almost a week after this workout

why would anyone be mad? if they grew like an inch a week then yeah, otherwise.. everyone's is like that?

Hit a bicep workout today to go with my Chest workout, usually I curl 100 lbs barbbell on the ez curl for 5 sloppy reps on the first set, then 4 on the 2nd set and finish with 6-8 reps of 90 lbs on my 3rd set.
Today I curled 100 lbs for 7 reps on first set, 7 reps on 2nd set and 5 on 3rd set.

Maybe I broke out of this plateau because of the cure? Sure felt like it.
